É ilegítima porque a coligação que governará o país terá uma natureza totalmente diferente e circunstâncias totalmente diversas das do governo anterior: os ministros serão quase todos remodelados e vêm aí eleições regionais, eleições presidenciais, eleições autárquicas e eleições legislativas (se é que as haverá, visto que são tão onerosas e desestabilizadoras, porque não aboli-las de vez?)
É ilegítima porque a obrigação de o governo cumprir o programa é mera ficção, visto que até agora não foi cumprido minimamente - onde está o "choque fiscal", o TGV, Portugal na cabeça da Europa?
